Shirley M. Stiles (January 7, 1939 – March 10, 2012)
Shirley M. Stiles, 73, of Zanesville, died at 10:57 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born January 7, 1939, in Coshocton, a daughter of the late Edwin and Georgia Ricketts Mossman. She worked at Zanesville City Schools for 19 years as a cafeteria worker and was a member of the First Christian Church. Shirley belonged to the “North End McDonalds Gangâ€
Surviving are a daughter, Diana (Ron) Faulhaber of Zanesville; two sons, David (Anna) Stiles of Zanesville and Darin Stiles of Orlando, FL; 5 grandchildren, Andrea (Kyle) Minnich, Jeremy (Amber) Faulhaber, Tina McIntire, Kelli (Andrew) Kachilla and Elaina Stiles; 6 great grandchildren, Paige, Lola, Callie, Amelia, Everett, Brianna and two more on the way; three sisters, Ruth (Chuck) Lawrence of Lancaster, Barbara Wilson of Maumee and Joyce (Bill) Jones of Conesville; two brothers, Carlos Mossman of Coshocton and Wayne Mossman of Missouri; two sisters-in-law, and Mary Isella of Pottsville, PA.; three brothers-in-law, Homer (Dee) Stiles of Zanesville , Jim (Mary Jane) Stiles of near Rio Grande, OH and Harley Howard of Marion, OH.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph D. Stiles, who died February 22, 2011; two brothers, Russell Mossman and Junior Mossman; and a sister, Rosemary Ulrich.
Friends and family may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Shirley will be laid to rest, next to her husband, Ralph, in Williams Cemetery, Zanesville.
