Shootings in Paris Claim Dozens

Officials in France have said that dozens have been killed in the shootings and explosions in Paris, France. Many were killed at a rock concert that was taking place at the time of the incident. The attacks were described as the deadliest violence in France in decades. 

One police offical said a large number were killed at the concert venue, the Bataclan Theater. A hostage situation was reported to have taken place at that location. 

The hostage situation has reportedly ended at this time. 

At one point a large group of apparently civilians, were seen walking down the streets with their hands behind their heads.
