Six indicted on felony drug offenses in Perry County

PERRY COUNTY, Ohio – Sheriff William Barker released the names of six individuals indicted on felony drug offenses.
The Perry County Grand Jury returned indictments on six individuals for felony drug trafficking and possession in two separate cases. They were investigated by CODE Task Force Agents and Perry County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Shawn M. Mongold, Lancaster, Ohio: Aggravated Trafficking
- Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamine with a firearm specification – a 2nd degree felony
- Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamine with a firearm specification – a 4th degree felony
- Illegal Manufacturing in Drugs with a firearm specification – a 2nd degree felony
- Having Weapons while Under Disability – a 3rd degree felony
Joseph M. Anderson, Junction City, Ohio:
- Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs – a 4th degree felony
- Permitting Drug Abuse – a 5th degree felony
Darby M. Green, Breman, Ohio:
- Aggravated Possession of Methamphetamine – a felony of the fifth degree
- Permitting Drug Abuse – with a forfeiture specification – a felony of the fifth degree
Larry M. Bourff, New Lexington, Ohio:
- Aggravated Trafficking in Oxycodone with forfeiture specification – a 4th degree felony
- Aggravated Trafficking in Oxycodone with forfeiture specification – a 3rd degree felony
Steven N. Pingle, New Lexington, Ohio:
- Complicity to Aggravated Trafficking in Hydrocodone – with school specification – a 3rd degree felony
Ryan A. Wohrle, New Lexington, Ohio:
- Aggravated Possession of Hydrocodone – a 5th degree felony
- Aggravated Possession of Hydrocodone – a 5th degree felony
