Skeletal Remains Identified
The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office says it has identified skeletal remains discovered a few months ago. Sheriff Douglas Mcgrath says 42-year-old Joseph Frow of McConnelsville was reported missing May 24th of last year. His was fishing in an AEP Recreation Area. On April 15th a local mushroom hunter found the skeletal remains which were sent to the Licking County Coroners office. No official cause of death could be found, but no foul play is suspected.
