Snapped Off Suspects Plead Guilty

Three people charged in connection to what the Muskingum County Prosecutor called “Operation Snapped Off” appeared in court to change their pleas.

In front of Judge Kelly Cottrill, Ashley Lombardi entered a guilty to one count of illegal use of SNAP benefits and two counts of tampering with records.

Amy Goodwin pled guilty to one count of illegal use of SNAP benefits and one count of telecommunications fraud.

Paul Goodwin pled guilty to one count of illegal use of SNAP benefits and one count tampering with records.
Judge Cottrill ordered a pre-sentence investigation in all the cases. Bonds were continued on the condition defendants pass a drug test.
During “Operation Snapped Off” a total of 18 people were arrested. The prosecutor’s office said the total amount stolen by the group was $315,000.
