Snow Slows Down Travel

Travel around Southeastern will move a little slower Tuesday morning thanks to snow that began falling in the overnight hours. 

Ohio Department of Transportation Garages in our area report anywhere from two to six inches of snow. 

In ODOT District 5 Muskingum County’s garage has seventeen crews out on roadways. In Guernsey County nineteen crews are working to remove the snow. Perry reports twelve crews, while Coshocton County has fourteen crews out on the roadways. Licking County has twenty-two crews working to clear roads in their county. 

In ODOT District 10 Morgan County reports eleven crews working to clear roads and Noble County has twelve crews out. 

Here are the current snow emergency levels for our area: 

Level 2 Snow Emergency: 

  • Muskingum County
  • Coshocton County
  • Perry County

Level 1 Snow Emergency

  • Guernsey County
  • Morgan County
  • Licking County
  • Noble County
