State Awards Zanesville $15K Development Grant

The Ohio Department of Development announced Thursday that the City of Zanesville will receive  $15,000 in grant money.

It’s part of the Community Development Block Grant New Horizons Fair Housing Assistance Program to implement a fair housing awareness campaign.

Zanesville will use the funds for fair housing activities, such as a fair housing law workshop, fair housing promotional and education materials.

The State program provides local governments with funds to affirmatively advance fair housing opportunities.
