State Route 13 closed due to gas leak
NEWARK, Ohio–The Newark Police Department is reporting that State Route 13 (Mt. Vernon Rd) in Newark is closed due to a gas leak.
The street is closed from Channel Street to Deo Drive/Waterworks Rd.
Alternative Routes are N. 21st Street for local traffic, and State Route 661 to and from Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
