State Route 586 Closure in Muskingum County

The Ohio Department of Transportation is alerting motorists of a road closure next week in Muskingum County.

Officials say beginning Monday, August 1st, at 7:30 a.m., State Route 586 will be closed between State Route 146 and James Road for a culvert replacement .

The project is expected to be completed Friday, August 5th after 5 p.m.,weather permitting.

Traffic will be detoured via Sate Route 16 to State Route 146 and reverse.
