UPDATE: Statewide Amber Alert Canceled

UPDATE: A statewide Amber Alert was canceled after both missing children were found safe near Akron.

A statewide Amber Alert has been issued out of West Chester.

Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for 17-year-old Maoly Toscano Herrera and 1-year-old Sara Tejada Herrera.

Maoly is described as being Hispanic with black hair brown eyes and weighing 230 pounds. She was last seen wearing dark colored shorts and a t-shirt.

Sara is Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. She is 2 feet tall and weighs 40 pounds. She was wrapped in a purple blanket.

The suspect is Bayron Tejada. He is a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet tall, weighing 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark colored jeans and a torn, faded jean jacket.

The vehicle is described as a white SUV. The license plate is unknown.
