Steak Escape Break-In
The Newark Police reported they’re searching for a suspect in a break-in at a local restaurant.
Police said overnight on May 26 store surveillance video at the Steak Escape Restaurant, on North 21st Street, shows what appears to be a male suspect entering the store and stealing cash drawers and a safe.
The suspect was wearing a dark jacket over a bright blue hoodie with dark pants and dark shoes.
The Licking County Crime Stoppers if offering a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information should call the Crime Stoppers at (740) 349-6888.
