Stephen F. Hoey

Stephen F. Hoey was born on January 25, 1975 and departed on October 4, 2020.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marchelle Francey Hoey, whom he married in 2004; his mother Delores Francey of Florida; sister Jeanette Hoey of Florida; brother Ron Hall of Zanesville; son Christen Page of Zanesville; special aunt Stella Brown of Wyoming.

He was preceded in death by his father Stephen F. Hoey; grandmother Rosella Lantz; special friends, Kevin Straughter and Vicky Gebhart, whom also was his caretakers; a host of friends; beloved pets, Boots, Sugar and Jr.

Per his wishes cremation has been chosen.
