Steven Wayne Moore (July 6, 1952 – July 25, 2012)

Steven Wayne Moore, 60, of Zanesville, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born July 6, 1952, in Zanesville, a son of the late James and Shirley Anders Moore. He was formerly employed as a truck driver for AutoZone. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW.

Surviving are his wife, Vicki Phelps Moore, of the home; two sons, Eric (Lena) Moore and Adam (Jessica) Moore; a daughter, Kristina (Kevin) Harris; three brothers, Tom (Debra) Moore of Hopewell, Kevin (Terri) Moore of Thornville and Jeff (Nancy) Moore of New Carlisle, OH; five sisters, Terri (Brian) Hart of Manassas, VA, Sally Moore of Newark, Linda (Ron) Pradetto of St. Clairsville, OH, Kathy Moore of Newark and Lisa (Ron) Thorpe of Somerset; and two grandchildren, Derick and Lydia Moore.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James “Jim” and Randy Moore.

Friends and family may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2012 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W MILITARY RD., ZANESVILLE. Private graveside services will be held at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery with Tom Moore and Dick Harris officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Snouffer Funeral Home on behalf of the family to help defray final expenses.
