Sunday Muskingum River Ice Jam Update

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency released an update Sunday morning on the Ice Jams on the Muskingum River. E-M-A Director Jeff Jadwin says “the river appears to be maintaining the same level or a slight drop. There is no difference in the jam at Terrace Shore/Gilbert Station. The river below the jam is still ice covered. The temperature in Southern Ohio is already near 50 and there is rain moving into the area. Please keep us (E-M-A) updated of any changes and I will do the same.”
