The village of New Concord asks residents to park off the street ahead of the winter storm

NEW CONCORD, Ohio – The village of New Concord sent an email saying its operations department would like to ask residents to park off the street as much as possible during bad weather to allow the plows to clear the roads.

This announcement comes as the area is expected to see 8 to 10 inches of snow over the weekend and into Monday morning.
