The Wilds Opens Sunday

A local tourism attraction is opening their doors for a new season on Sunday.

The Wilds offers a variety of activities that are fun for the whole family, including a chance to get up close to more than 30 rare and endangered species, including several newborns by taking one of their safari tours.

There’s also ziplining, a horseback safari, fishing and birding.

There’s plenty of places to stay too including Nomad Ridge, the Lodge and Cabins at Straker Lake.

The Wilds is open May 1 through October from 10am-4pm.
