The Zanesville Alumni Association Hosts An Open House

The Zanesville Alumni Association held an open house this weekend.

The Board of Trustees, Chairperson, Janice McFerren said anyone who is interested in stopping by to see the items on display is welcome to come. McFerren said if you come you will have fun as you reminisce and take a walk down memory lane.

“I would call it more of an museum for Zanesville City Schools. It is growing each day. We have everything from the 1800’s grade books that teachers used. We have lots of class pictures, we have the very first class that graduated from the lash building, which was in 1908, we have that graduating class picture. I just can’t begin to tell you what is all here,” said McFerren.

The Zanesville Alumni Association located at 956 Moxahala Avenue and is open on Thursdays from 10 a.m to 2 p.m only or by appointment.
