Tips Needed In Barn Fire

The State Fire Marshall’s Office is asking for tips from the public on last Thursday barn fire in Guernsey County. Public Information Officer Shane Cartmill says the cause of the blaze at 3739 Glenn Highway along U.S. 40 is undetermined, but accidental or intentional causes cannot be ruled out. The fire burned through the main trunk line of phone lines knocking out 9-1-1 and other cell phone service to the New Concord Area. No one was hurt in the fire.
