MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – As of 8:00 A.M. Coshocton, Noble, Morgan and Perry Counties are under a Level One Snow Emergency. Muskingum and Guernsey Counties are under a Level Two Snow Emergency.

Emergency Blood Drive

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – The American Red Cross reports that they’ve had to cancel another blood drive at a high school because of weather conditions. As a result the agency is taking their blood drive to the Colony Square Mall today from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.

Barbara Frame Public Awareness Event

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – Today, at 1:00 P.M. at the Muskingum County Courthouse, family and friends of Barbara Frame will gather for a public awareness event. Barbara Frame went missing January 30, 1985.

Daniel Wine Charges in Death of Amy Wilson

CAMBRIDGE, OHIO (WHIZ) – According to Guernsey County Prosecutor Dan Padden, 36-year-old Daniel Wine of Cambridge is charged with one count of aggravated murder with a gun specification in the death of Amy Wilson. Wine is scheduled to appear for a bond hearing on today in Cambridge Municipal Court.

EMA Preforms Table Top Drill

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – Along with the EMA, emergency personnel did a walk through Thursday of what it would be like to respond to an oil well fire. Participants from various organizations worked through the "scenario" learning along they way how each can assist in the event of an emergency of that scale.
