MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – As of 7:15 A.M. Coshocton, Guernsey, Licking, Morgan and Muskingum Counties are under a Level 1 Snow Emergency. Perry County is Under a Level 2 Snow Emergency.
Drug Trafficking
MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – Wednesday Dr. Michael Smith, his son Eryn Smith, and Travis Ryan entered pleas of not guilty to all charges in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. All three men are indicted in an alleged prescription drug trafficking case.
Responsible Ohio
MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – Responsible Ohio, a group pushing for a constitutional amendment to legalize marijuana in Ohio, has now rewritten its proposal to allow people to grow a limited amount in their homes. The revised proposal would allow people over 21 to get a license to cultivate up to four marijuana plants at home for personal use.

Four Arrested in Meth Lab Bust
COSHOCTON COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – Coshocton County Sheriff’s Deputies made four arrests in connection to a meth lab operation in a campground on County Road 27, near Warsaw. As a result of the warrant three males and one female suspect were taken into custody and many drug related items were seized including drugs and methamphetamine manufacturing paraphernalia.
