NEWARK, OHIO (WHIZ) – A former central Ohio high school teacher who has served more than two years in prison for having sex with a special-needs student at Johnstown High School is getting out early. A judge on Thursday granted Sonya Horn’s request to suspend the last 22 months of her four-year sentence and put her on probation.
