Tornado Siren Sounds After Malfunction

If you heard a tornado siren in Muskingum County  – it was a malfunction. Emergency Management Agency Director Bo Keck says the tornado siren on Newark Road near the County Dog Pound sounded Wednesday morning. Keck says the high winds caused the power to go on and off six times and that resulted in the problem. Keck says crews are going to disconnect the siren until repairs can be made.
