Troopers To Train Public

The Zanesville Highway Patrol is holding a event Tuesday open to the public. Lt. Steven Rine says troopers will be offering Community Shield training. Troopers will deliver instruction in impaired driver detection, criminal patrol, homeland security and human trafficking. This training is geared toward community member to assist local law enforcement and troopers while they are on the road as extra sets of eyes and ears. The event takes place Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. at the Zanesville Muskingum County Welcome Center.
