Two car injury accident
The Zanesville Police Department responded late Tuesday morning to a two car accident
The accident occurred at the intersection of State Route 719 and U.S Route 22. Patrolman Tom Landerman said Susan Zimmer was heading west on 719 when she ran a red light and struck 84-year-old Donald Moyer’s vehicle.
Police say Moyer was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital with unknown injuries.
Zimmer contributed running the red light to running out of break fluid.
However, the accident remains under investigation.
