Two Indicted In Fronsman Death

Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox says the two female suspects accused in the beating and burning of Celeste Fronsman have been indicted by a grand jury. Haddox says Monica Washington and Katrina Culberson, both of Canton, are each facing one count of aggravated murder with death specifications, one count of kidnapping and one count of aggravated arson. If convicted of the charges both women could face the death penalty. The third suspect in the case, Lafones Dixon will be arraigned next week. Fronsman was found by a passerby on the side of State Route 208 near Adamsville on August 26th.
