Two Men Plead Not Guilty To Sex Charges

Two area men appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on separate sex charges.  39-year-old Dale Baker of Blue Rock appeared in court on one count each of attempted rape, gross sexual imposition and kidnapping.  Baker pled not guilty and Judge Mark Fleegle continued his bond at 500-thousand dollars.  44-year-old James Rhodman of Zanesville also went before Judge Fleegle – he is facing  a charge of rape and kidnapping.  Rhodman pled not guilty and his bond was continued at 500-thousand dollars.
