Two Sentenced in Fatal Perry County Crash

The Highway Patrol says two people have been sentenced to jail time in Perry County Court after the state connected them with furnishing alcohol to underage individuals involved in a fatal crash. The Ohio Investigative Unit says that 19-year-old Renee Noll of New Lexington entered a guilty plea to furnishing and was sentenced last week to 180 days in jail, with all but 16 days suspended. The Patrol says 28-year-old Dusty Starner, also of New Lexington entered a guilty plea for furnishing and was sentenced in the spring to 180 days in jail with all but 80 suspended. The fatal crash happened November 12th, 2016 in Perry County. 16-year-old Tyler Sharpe was killed in the accident.
