Two Teens Sentenced
A Zanesville teenager will serve five years in prison for her part in several burglaries in Zanesville.
18-year-old Erin Noll was sentenced by Judge Kelly Cottrill in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court for two felony counts of burglary and two counts of theft, with one count carrying a specification for an elderly victim.
The charges stem from break-ins on Stanton Avenue and South Slope Bay in July and August of this year.
Noll will serve a total of five years for all the charges, have to pay more than $650 restitution and be on post-release control for three years.
In Perry County, Noll still faces charges for an August 13th robbery at a State Route 668 residence where four people were tied up and robbed at gunpoint.
Also sentenced Monday was Noll’s codefendant 19-year-old Travis Pettry. He was sentenced to five-and-a-half years on two felony burglary counts and two theft counts. Pettry will pay restitution of more than $1800 and be on mandatory post release control for three years.
Pettry also faces charges in Perry County for the August 13th home invasion.
