University Student Pleads Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity
A 20-year-old mother of a newborn found dead on the campus of Muskingum Univeristy pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
Emile Weaver appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court, Wednesday, for an arraignment.
The four count indictment brought against Weaver, includes tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse and aggravated murder.
The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office said that they were contacted by Muskingum University Police in April requesting assistance with a report of a newborn baby that had been found dead on campus.
