Up and Coming Star Returns for Hometown Concerts

ZANESVILLE, OH – An up and coming star is returning to her high school for some very special performances.
Haley Bundy is a 2024 Graduate of John Glenn High School in New Concord.
She has moved down to Nashville to pursue her music career since graduation but a recent chat with one of her old teachers sparked the idea for a concert.
“My High School invited me to play with my full Band at the high school, for all the students during the day.” Bundy said. “Mr. Brooks reached out to me and was like, ‘Hey!’, he actually joined my Live on Facebook, and was like ‘Hey! Do you want to come perform at the school?’ and I was like yea, [of course]!”
There will be two concerts on Thursday, January 22nd, one during the day for the students. The second concert will be at 7PM at the high school with tickets ranging between $10 and $15.
Bundy says she’s grateful for the opportunity to return to her alma mater and show the students that their dreams can become a reality.
“I wanted to come back because the community I’m from in Cambridge, everybody is so supportive, it’s actually crazy.” Bundy said. “I feel like they’re the reason I’m doing this, in a way, which sounds crazy, but it really is! All of the people, whenever I post on Facebook, a video of me singing or whatever it may be, people from my hometown they’re always commenting like ‘You go girl!’, or ‘We’re cheering you on back home!’, and it really means a lot that they’re supporting me because it makes me want to keep going, edit, I think it just means a lot to be able to show the community that you can chase your dream and being a young girl in a small town growing up, with not a lot to do, that you can if you put your mind to it.”
