Upcoming Lorena Sternwheeler rides

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – If you haven’t been able to ride the Lorena Sternwheeler yet, you still have time.

Rides will go through October and Vice President of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce, Kelly Ashby, said they still have some exciting rides coming up.

“So this Saturday and Sunday both, there are public rides on the Lorena Sternwheeler,” said Ashby. “Sunday, Kay Denbow will be performing, so that’s a fun right at 2 and 3:30.”

On September 8th, the Wayfarers Band will be performing on three different rides. There is a limited amount of seating, so Ashby said to purchase your ticket soon. She said they also have lunch and dinner cruises coming up and the fall foliage rides are one of their most popular rides.

“So the fall foliage is just the beautiful changing of the leaves along the Muskingum River and so people enjoy seeing the different colors and enjoying the cooler breeze,” Ashby said.
