UPDATE: Missing Teen Found

UPDATE:  The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that Wilkinson has been located and that she is safe.

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 16-year-old girl. Detective Fred Curry says Amelia Wilkinson is described as 5 feet seven inches tall and 175 pounds. She has brownish/red hair that is shoulder length and has blue eyes. She was last seen Tuesday in Avondale wearing an orange hoodie, black and white leggings with the word “love” on them and purple boots. She was carrying a brown leopard print purse. If anyone has information on Wilkinson’s whereabouts you are asked to contact the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office at 740 452-3637.
