Vickie Rollison

Vickie K. Rollison, 71, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Genesis Hospital. She was born November 22, 1953 in Zanesville, daughter of the late John Archer and Winifred Parker.
Vickie leaves to mourn her loss, her children, Kim (Dan) Pugh, Jacque (Ralph) Locke and Dale (Jessica) Rollison; grandchildren, Judd (Kelly) Murvine, Trey (Liza) Pugh, Jack Pugh, Klaytyn Rollison, Tori McClelland, Kenna McClelland and Dalena Rollison; great-grandchildren, Jersey, Sayler and Xade Murvine; two brothers; one sister; as well as a host of other family members and many friends.
Vickie had many interests. She loved to be near the water, whether boating, fishing or living her ‘salt life’ at the beach. She enjoyed traveling. Vickie enjoyed riding Harleys and spending time with her bike friends on various trips and poker runs. She liked skilled gaming and even ran her own gaming facilities in the past. Vickie also loved dogs and had spent time breeding cocker spaniels. She enjoyed a good game of cards with her card club and also her family at gatherings.
Vickie was instrumental in the lives of many children beyond her own. She fostered over 20 children throughout the years, opening her heart and home to them. Vickie also coached softball and led girlscouts. She also dedicated her time to a career as a housekeeper and spent time as a bus driver. Vickie was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers but also loved to root for her grandchildren in their sporting endeavours as well. Affectionately dubbed “Nona”, she was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother who’s stories will live on through her grandchildren.
Vickie was truly one of a kind and her presence will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
You may call on the family Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services, in Zanesville. Minister Donnie Watts officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
