Violet Wartenbe (March 5, 1915 – November 23, 2009)

Violet L. Wartenbe, 94, passed away Monday November 23, 2009 at Genesis Extended Care.

Violet was born in Deavertown, Ohio on March 5, 1915 to the late Steve and Winiford Savage Inman. Violet was an 80 year plus member of The Deavertown United Methodist Church. She was retired from Hull Pottery.

Violet is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband George Shipley, her second husband Ray Wartenbe ; brothers Walter, John, Earl, Nim, and Albert Inman ; sisters Grace, Lillian, Edna, Florence, and Annabelle.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday November 24, 2009 from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm at THE CROOKSVILLE CHAPEL OF THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 207 BURLEY STREET CROOKSVILLE . The funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday November 27, 2009 at the Deavertown United Methodist Church with Pastor Judy Williams officiating. .
