Walls of Books Opening Soon
A new community bookstore is opening its doors for the first time this weekend.
Walls of Books, located on the north side of town across from The Colony Square mall is opening their doors this Saturday, January 10 at 9:30 A.M. The bookstore has both new and used books in stock, and if you bring your used books in, they will buy it back for store credit. Owner, Bill Cochran, says they do more than just sell books.
“We do pay cash or do store credit for your college text books. We are going to really promote the local authors in the area and have book signings and hope to sell their published works in the store. We have a person on staff that just does our events coordinating, so she’ll be working with the authors and the different kids corner readers and with the kids and getting the word out and such.”
Cochran says they are a family oriented bookstore.
“We want to be your community, your full service community book store. We want to be part of Zanesville, and we want you to come in and have a really good positive experience about reading and Walls of Books and Zanesville.”
Walls of books will be open Monday through Thursday 9:30 A.M to 6 P.M.
