Most Wanted Suspect Captured

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says it has captured one of its most wanted suspects. Deputies say it is James Edward Fraunfelter III of Somerst. He was wanted on a felony indictment in connection with 6 OVI’s in the past 20 years. The department announced the capture Tuesday morning.
