Wayne Harris severed as an infantry soldier with 4th Infantry Division from 1988-1992. Drake Harris currently serves as a Special Agent with Military Police. The photo is of Drake Harris receiving his E6 – Staff Sargent promotion. I had the privilege and honor of participating in the ceremony and pinning his rank.
