Wayne Foster Evans, 51 of Zanesville died at 1:07 AM Saturday, December 7, 2024, at his home following an apparent heart attack.
He was born on October 1, 1973, in Kenton, Ohio the son of Phillip and Eileen Brungard Evans.
Wayne held many jobs over the years, but his main employment was CDL driver-having owned his own business of Y City Trucking LLC up to recently returning to Capoccia Foundations. He enjoyed many activities with his wife, such as boating on Buckeye Lake, riding his motorcycle, vacationing in Florida, and most recently riding his side by side with his wife and friends in various local areas and out of state, parks. Wayne cherished his wife, daughter, family and his many friendships, old and new. He always had a helping hand to give when asked or if someone was in need.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Stacy (Arbaugh) Evans; his mother, Eileen (Brungard) Evans; his daughter Adrean Evans; his sister Nichole (Tim) Miller; nephews, Matthew Miller, Andrew Miller and someone that Wayne often called his stepson, Dustin Levingston. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Jeanann Arbaugh. Wayne was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father and his father-in-law, Ed Arbaugh.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, with funeral service to follow at 4:00 PM at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with Chaplain Randy Gearhart officiating. Private burial will conclude later at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
