Meadowbrook 6 – Rosecrans 45
(ZANESVILLE) — Rosecrans rolled to their first-ever ECOL win, 45-6 over Meadowbrook Thursday night. The Bishops did almost all their damage on the ground, scoring six times via the rush.
Luke Lloyd (Jr.) led the charge with three scores, his last two from 56 and 55 yards out. QB Zach Hill also added two TDs from inside the ten, to go along with an interception, one of the few bad spots for the Bishops.
Jared Dalton scored on a 13-yard run in the third quarter as well.
Rosecrans (3-2, 1-1 ECOL) hits the road next week for a battle with River in Hannibal, Ohio. Meadowbrook (2-3, 0-1 ECOL) returns home Friday for some ECOL-MVL crossover action against New Lexington.
