West Muskingum Ag Teacher Honored with Award

ZANESVILLE, Ohio — Jeremy Ryan, West Muskingum High School’s Agriculture teacher, has just won Nationwide’s Insurance’s Golden Owl Award.

Friday afternoon, Ryan was presented with a $500 cash prize and a plaque in front of fellow teachers and students.

He will have the chance to be crowned as Ohio’s Ag Educator of the Year in May and receive $3,000 to help fund future educational efforts.
