“So this has been phenomenal because it’s given this class, and because it’s all like stuff we can continuously use year after year, their going to have like a real hands on learning experience because of these items. So, I just think that it’s going to be really beneficial,” Wright said.

Wright says that the program was a wonderful opportunity for teachers since money for some supplies in the classroom often come from their own pockets.

“We’re all just extremely grateful for this opportunity and I think it’s a fabulous program,” Wright said. “We spend so much time and put our hearts into what we do and all just to see the students thrive and that gives back to that. And it’s really making a difference and, like, I see it everyday since we got that.”

According to the Ohio Lottery, they have given $34 billion to k-12 education since 1974 through this and other programs like Lots of Literacy.
