William “Billy” Norris

William “Billy” Spencer Norris, 65, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2026.
William was born May 15, 1961, to the late Dana Gilbert Norris, Jr. and Evelyn Marie Coleman-Norris.
He graduated from Zanesville High School and had a career with the Ohio Department of Transportation.
William was known for his love of softball and was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and served as the Sergeant at Arms of the Flames Motorcycle Club.
He is survived by his sisters, Donna Harris, Patricia Rush, and Tamera (Kenneth) Jackson; his brother, Dana G. Norris III; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who will cherish his memory.

Per William’s wishes, cremation has been chosen and no services will be observed at this time. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
