William “Billy” Summerville

William “Billy”` G. Summerville, 41 of Zanesville, died, Tuesday, December 3, 2025, at his home in Zanesville. He was born Tuesday, October 9, 1984, in Zanesville, the son of William E. Summerville and Mary Ellen (Carsey) Lawson.

Billy loved Dirt Track Racing, and Enduro Cars. He was a master at Uno, and was an avid player and cheater of the game. He enjoyed camping, and fishing and enjoyed taking his children and nieces and nephews on outings with him. He was employed with Miller’s Cable Company in Rochelle, IL.

Billy is survived by mother and step-father, Mary Ellen & Raymond Lawson; two children, Sidney Marie and William “Bill Bill” Summerville; one brother, Jason (Tara) Summerville; two sisters, Jennifer (Ryan Anderson) Murphy and Michelle (David) Perdue; one step brother, Jason (Angie) Lawson; one step-sister, Jennifer (John) Uler; several nieces and nephews including, Brandon Faust, Morgan Vanasdlen, Taylor Murphy, Jalynn Hoschar, Megan Shaw, Jaiden Murphy, and Mia Shaw; numerous great nieces and great nephews.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, William E. Summerville; one niece, Mackenzie Shaw and four uncles, Rick, Terry and Mike Carsey and Harry Summerville and one aunt, Linda Summerville.
