William D. Piccone (May 28, 1960 – October 8, 2010)

William D. Piccone 50 formerly of Crooksville passed away on Friday October 8, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital.

He was born in Zanesville on May 28, 1960 to the late Walter and Hilda Bigrigg Piccone. Bill was a Body and Frame Mechanic for Balderson Motor Sales. He was a graduate of Crooksville High School and Enjoyed NASCAR and building stock cars.

He is survived by his loving wife Jacqueline Loomis Piccone of the home, three daughters Ashley (Jody) Piccone, Megan Moyer, and Katherine (Chris) Buchholz, two sons Chris (Daniele Schooley) Piccone and David (Jessica Knight) Layman, a brother Robert (Susan) Piccone. Nine grandchildren Jason Davis, Ryan Buchholz, Kasey Buchholz. Savannah “Rosie” Thorn, Tony “Bologna” Hiles, Damien Moyer, Colleen Piccone, Wyatt Piccone, and Walker Piccone.

Calling hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8pm on Tuesday October 12 at THE CROOKSVILLE CHAPEL OF THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 207 BURLEY STREET CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services will follow at 8pm with Pastor Larry Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
