Wolfie’s Campground Joins Chamber of Commerce

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce welcomed another business into their organization with the addition of Wolfie’s Campground. 

Wolfie’s Campground Owners Kevin and Chalom Strope shared their enthusiasm about being part of the community as well as operating their RV park and camping facility in an area where people want to vacation.

“Wolfie’s Campground has been here for 36 years. So my family, we’ve been here for… just going into our third season here at Wolfie’s Campground. We are located here in the city of Zanesville. Although we’re conveniently located off of I-70, there’s a lot of things locally that are close and here at the park we’ve got some exciting new things that we’ve added to the park this year,” Kevin said.

The campground is open year-round and is gearing up for the summer season by opening their swimming pool and scheduling entertainment along with a wide range of activities. 

“The website is www.wolfiescampground.com that you can look at all the facilities that we have, pictures of the cabins and also you can make a reservation there as well. Or you can call us at (740) 454-0925 and you can make a reservation as well. So,” Chalom said. “And then follow us on Facebook. We post our weekend schedules. We’ve got a summer program, as Chalom mentioned we do things such as tie dye, rock painting and other events,” Kevin added.

Wolfie’s Campground is located on Buckeye Drive across State Route 666 from the City of Zanesville’s Riverside Park, which offers plenty more recreational opportunities.
