Z Nails In Zanesville Suspect Turns Himself In

A Zanesville nail salon was raided Friday by authorities and one person was arrested. The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Immigration Officials and the Ohio Board of Cosmetology paid a visit to Z-Nails at 3525 Maple Avenue. Troopers says  Brittney Luu was arrested for having a false Cosmetology License. We are told she is the daughter of the owner of the shop. Today, her brother, Sebastian Luu turned himself in for having a false cosmetology license. The investigation also includes the New Beginning Cosmetology School in the Cleveland area which is accused of graduation irregularities. The investigation continues and more arrests are possible. Z-Nails remains open for business.
