Z-ville Man Charged with 5th OVI
The Highway Patrol says a Zanesville man has been charged with his 5th operating a vehicle under the influence offense. Lt. Matt Boyd says 46-year-old John Allender was arrested after a short pursuit that ended at his residence. Boyd says Allender is scheduled to appear in Muskingum County Court on Monday. The Highway Patrol says the public is urged to call 6-7-7 if they observe erratic driving behaviors.
