Z-ville Man Faces 12th OVI Charge

A Zanesville man is facing his 12th drunk driving charge. Zanesville Highway Patrol Lt. Matt Boyd says 55-year-old Thomas Davis was arrested last Wednesday on U.S. 40 near the intersection of Jersey Ridge Road in Falls Township around 2:00 p.m. Boyd says Davis was stopped for a traffic violation and then arrested for O-V-I. Davis is scheduled to appear in Muskingum County Court on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.
