Z-ville Man Pleads In Domestic Violence Case

A Zanesville man who originally pleaded not guilty in a domestic violence case has changed his plea. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says 47-year-old Robert Moody was charged with attempted murder, felonious assault and domestic violence in connection with an incident with his girlfriend on April 27th. Wednesday Moody pleaded guilty to aggravated assault before Common Please  Judge Mark Fleegle…two other charges will be dropped at sentencing. Moody’s bond was continued at 100,000 dollars.
