Z-ville Man Pulled From Life Support After Accident
A Zanesville man has been pulled from life support after a weekend accident in Fairfield County. The Lancaster Post of the State Highway Patrol says 29-year-old Stephen Hennessy was driving west Saturday evening on Pleasantville Road near State Route 664 and failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by another vehicle. The Patrol says Hennessy was not wearing a seat belt and suffered serious injuries. He is at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. An earlier report from the Highway Patrol had he had died it not accurate. The driver of the other vehicle 67-year-old James Wright of Pataskala was treated and released from Ohio State University Medical Center. His passenger, 47-year-old Brenda Wright, also of Pataskala, remains hospitalized. The Patrol says the accident remains under investigation.
